What it does not include
- Design changes, new pages, copywriting, and anything outside the finding you bought. If we cannot get access, or your setup makes the change impossible, you get a full refund within 48 hours.
- Any promise about what an AI engine will say about you. Nobody controls that, and anyone who tells you otherwise is guessing. What we promise is that the change is made correctly, verified and re-measured.
- Ongoing work. This is one job at a fixed price, not a retainer, and there is nothing to cancel afterwards.
What “lifetime” means, precisely. The licence included here does not expire and is not a subscription. It does not mean unlimited engine spend: every answer costs real money and the annual credit allowance is the ceiling. If MentionMachine is ever discontinued, the terms set out the notice period, the data export you get, and what happens to your reports. We would rather you read that before buying than after.

How do I know it worked?
Twice, on two different measurements. On the day we finish we re-run the technical checks and show you the score move, on the same scan that found the problem. Four weeks later we ask all five AI engines again and email you what changed, because engines re-read the web over weeks and asking sooner would tell you nothing.
Do I need to buy a licence first?
No. This tier includes one, so you are not paying twice. After the work is done the licence is yours: the scans, the history and the Fix Pack stay where they are.
Do you need my password?
Never. Every way we can make the change is you granting access from your own admin, which you can see and remove the moment the work is done. If you would rather nobody touched the site at all, we send you the exact code to paste and you do it yourself.
