The questions buyers ask before they book are the questions being typed into AI assistants, almost word for word. A question your site does not answer is one an engine answers from somebody else, and it will not tell the reader it did that.
The six that matter
Write down the six things customers ask you most before they commit. For almost every trade they are the same six, and you already answer them out loud several times a week.
What does it cost?
How long does it take?
How far do you travel?
What is included?
How soon can you come?
What happens if I am not happy?
If your trade has a seventh that comes up constantly, use it. The list is a starting point, not a form to fill in.
Answer them like you would on the phone
Two or three plain sentences each, with a real number wherever you have one. The difference is stark and it is the whole finding: "From 180 pounds" gets quoted, "competitive pricing" does not. One can be repeated to a customer. The other cannot be repeated to anybody.
Use the question itself as the heading, worded the way a customer would say it rather than the way you would write it on an invoice. "How much does a full valet cost?" beats "Valeting prices" because it matches what was typed.
Where to put them
One page is enough. Either a dedicated page, or a block at the bottom of the service page each question is about, which is usually better because the answer sits next to the thing it describes.
Leave the answers visible. Click-to-expand is fine only if the text is still in the page for something that does not click, and on many site builders it is not. If you are unsure, leave them open.
