Understanding your results

Competitors and citations

Who is getting recommended instead of me, and why?

At a glance

Competitors lists every business the engines named instead of you; citations lists the sources they used, ordered by what you can realistically fix first.

These two screens answer the "why" behind your visibility score, and they are the ones worth spending time on.

Competitors

Every business the engines named across your questions, and how often. Some will be real rivals; some will be directories. Mark the real ones as tracked and we will follow them properly. That turns "I was not mentioned" into "they were mentioned instead, and here is what they have that I do not".

Citations

The sources the engines actually cite. This is the most directly actionable screen in the product: if a directory keeps getting cited for questions about your area, being listed on it well is a concrete task.
