What you are paying for
The writer reads a few pages of your site and drafts questions a customer might type. You review them, tick the ones to keep, and they are added to your list. Nothing is asked of any AI engine until you confirm.
The price on the button covers the writing only. It is charged once per run. Each question you then keep is asked of every AI engine on a full scan, a credit an engine, for as long as you keep it. Ten questions across five engines is fifty credits every time a scan runs fresh.
What it uses
It reads a few pages of your site every time, plus the profile, your own words, the towns you work, listing words, rival names and customer reviews. A name that sounds like another business is not enough: the pages are what it writes from.
It will not add a question you already have. It drops towns when location does not apply. It keeps at most one question that names your business.
What it is not
It is not a shared list of questions other businesses in your trade already use. Those would be cheaper on later scans, because the answers would already be on file. The writer produces strings from one business, so later scans pay again. That is the honest cost of unique questions, and the review step says so before anything is added.
