Yes, it is genuinely one payment. There is no renewal, no expiry and no card on file unless you buy something else.
It means the lifetime of the product, not of you or of your business. Anyone selling a lifetime deal is making that same promise whether they say so or not, so we would rather say it.
What it does not mean
Unlimited engine spend. Every answer we fetch costs us real money, so usage is metered in credits with an annual allowance. Technical re-scans, your history, your reports and your Fix Pack are unlimited and always available, including after your credits run out.
If we ever discontinue it
The terms commit us to at least 90 days' notice by email, stopping sales immediately, keeping the service running through the notice period, and giving you a machine-readable export of your scans, reports and generated artifacts. We will not delete your data during that period.
