Yes. 14 days, on request, if the product does not do what the pricing page says it does. Email us and we will refund it. We would rather do that than have someone feel stuck with something that was not what they expected.
Your statutory rights
Because this is a digital product delivered immediately, we ask you at checkout to expressly consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that doing so ends the statutory 14-day right to cancel. If you would rather keep that right, do not tick it and delivery waits until the period ends.
Our own 14-day refund offer applies either way. It is separate from the statutory right, not a replacement for it.
Subscriptions
Monitoring can be cancelled at any time and stops at the end of the period you have paid for. Cancelling it does not affect the lifetime licence underneath. That is yours regardless.
